Hello I hope that your visit to my website whether it be long or short will be both informative and enjoyable.
For most of my life I was more than happy with my appearance and my fitness level I played squash coached football and generally led a active life.
Then I broke my ankle and was laid up for some 6 months (it was a bad break with some complications) and I blimped out to 18 stone some 255 pounds.
It was to be some years before I was able to get my body and self esteem back together.
